Enrollment in classes is confirmed only after payment is received and a place is assigned in writing. Tuition is charged per term. Refund policy is described on our FAQ page.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, choreography demonstrations, video — is owned by Kittu's Institute of Dance or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
From time to time we photograph or record classes and recitals for marketing and archival purposes. Parents and adult students may opt out in writing by contacting us; opt-out requests are honored promptly.
The website and our classes are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kittu's Institute of Dance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
